Other holiday dishes include Chef Johnson’s signature ‘Lady and the Tramp’, Spaghetti and Meatballs with House-Made Ricotta; as well as the ‘Love Birds’ – Two Quail stuffed with Wild Rice, Wild Mushrooms & Marsala; and the ‘Lonely Hearts Club’ – Grilled Ox Heart with Roasted Beets & Horseradish Cream. Complete the evening with ‘All Bases Covered’ – Champagne with Chocolate & Nuts.
